Our Integrated Management System — keeping our mahi safe, consistent, and grounded in kaupapa Māori
Our IMS brings together our policies, procedures, and everyday practices into one living system. It is how we deliver excellent care for whānau, meet our obligations to funders and regulators, support our kaimahi, and keep getting better. This is not just compliance — this is how we operate as one organisation.
Tūwharetoa ki Kawerau Hauora has served whānau across the Eastern Bay of Plenty for thirty years. Our IMS is the expression of that commitment — a living system, not a filing cabinet. It is grounded in the founding act of mana motuhake that established this Hauora, and refined continuously through the voices of our whānau, the learning of our kaimahi, and the evidence of our practice.
